Provider review and introductions
We review provider information to understand service categories, service areas, and practical fit. A provider cannot purchase a higher placement. Any provider introduction happens only after a family authorizes it.
Compensation disclosure
If compensation applies to an authorized introduction, Felicitas discloses it before information is shared. Guidance is free for families.
